Thank you for shopping with KingdomWear. All of our products are made to order using print‑on‑demand production. This allows us to create each item specifically for you while reducing waste and excess inventory.

Order Processing Time

Because each item is custom printed:

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days

  • Processing may take longer during holidays, sales, or high‑volume periods

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Production Time

All apparel and merchandise are printed after your order is placed.

Estimated production time:

  • 2–7 business days depending on product type and demand

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Times

Shipping speed depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Delivery times vary by country and customs processing

These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different production facilities. You will receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

  • These charges are not included in your order total

  • Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

    Address Accuracy

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

    If an incorrect address is provided:

    • We are not responsible for lost packages

    • Reshipping fees may apply

      Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

      Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:

      • Shipping delays

      • Lost or stolen packages

      • Delivery errors made by the carrier

      If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier first. We will assist where possible.

      Damaged Packages

      If your order arrives damaged:

      • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

      • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging

      • We will arrange a replacement if eligible

        Order Changes & Cancellations

        Because items are printed on demand:

        • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase

        • After production begins, changes and cancellations are not possible
